I had a fantastic stay! The breakfast options were extensive, and the packed lunch they prepared for my long trip back was a thoughtful touch. The only downside was the room was quite warm without proper ventilation.

A lot of noise from the main road!!! It's hard to find clean shared bathrooms when everyone is in a hurry!!! Dated furnishings really don't help the charm!!! Limited dining options within walking distance!!!

Breakfast stood out for its generous selection and was freshly cooked each morning. The tea tray with plenty of supplies was a nice touch. I encountered some noise from the main road, which could be bothersome at night. The shared bathroom cleanliness did leave some room for improvement, especially given the number of guests it serves. Room felt a bit cramped with limited space for luggage. parking can be a bit of a challenge during peak hours, which is something to consider. Despite these issues, the overall stay was cozy and welcoming.

The staff were super friendly and really helped us register our car for parking even before the room was ready! And that full English breakfast was outstanding, I could hardly finish all the tasty items they offered.

Not the cheapest place, but it's still worth it.

I had a comfortable stay, and the breakfast was the standout feature—freshly cooked and filling enough to last until the afternoon. The room itself had all the essentials, and it was located just a short drive from Penzance. the shower controls were a bit tricky to figure out, which could use some improvement.

The full English breakfast was fantastic, and I loved the local beach area just a short walk away—great for windsurfing with my wife! Our family room was spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax after our adventures in Penzance.

In my wife’s opinion, having more family-oriented spaces would be great.
